Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

 

The large majority of our orders are dispatched within 1 working day of the order and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

 

We currently deliver to more than 25000 Locations across India. In case the order is placed for a destination whose Pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount at our discretion.

 

Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination, and the typical lead times are as shown below:

 

Metro Cities : 1-5 Working Days.

Rest Of India : 3-7 Working Days.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays and local Holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

 

While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

While Accepting your delivery:

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please take a picture of the packaging from all the angles, refuse to take delivery of the package, and chat with our Customer Care team or mail us at maxable123@gmail.com, mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return & Exchange Policy

Note: All Products are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Email us at maxable123@gmail.com, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Product Replacement & Refund Guarantee:


If I'm not satisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product you have to raise a claim within 24 hours of receiving the product . You (Customer) have to return the product in the original packing as you received from us (www.maxable.org). A customer has to ship the product from their side and at their cost within 48 hours from he/she received the product. In this case Shipping charges are non refundable.

If I received damaged product?
Don't worry, our quality checking team checks the product assure the product quality before a delivery, in case if you have received an item in damaged condition you need to email us the images of the damaged product within 24hrs to be eligible for transit insurance coverage. Please send pictures of the damaged product at maxable123@gmail.com.

Return the product through any courier service. All return shipping will be borne by the buyer The refund/replacement process will be initiated once we have received and verified the product(s). You would be called and our executive for the amount back.

Shipping Charges and COD Charges are non refundable.

To return a product you need to follow these steps:
It's very simple put the product in its original packaging mention your order number on a paper and insert the original invoice Seal the package properly Send the Parcel.
